Why HA for the lips?
Lips are constantly moving, so the filler must move with them.
That is why rheology matters. For lip enhancement, Dr. CK prefers HA fillers with the right balance of softness, flexibility and support — enough to shape the lips, but still able to deform naturally during expression.
Products such as Sculptra, Ellansé, Radiesse, Juvelook and Gouri are designed for different goals such as collagen stimulation, structure or skin quality. For lips, HA offers the control, movement and reversibility Dr. CK is looking for.

What should you know before lip filler?
- Lip filler swelling and bruising might occur, but rarely.
- Temporary asymmetry may occur while swelling settles.
- Results and longevity might vary between individuals.
- Vascular complications are extremely rare.

How much does lip filler cost?
Agness Soft Lips lip filler price is RM2,800 per syringe, including personalised assessment, lip design and treatment by Dr. CK. Treatment is generally limited to no more than 1cc per session.
How long does lip filler last?
The lasting effect is typically 1–2 years, depending on lifestyle and choice of product.
How long does swelling last?
Swelling usually settles after 2–3 days.
Is 1cc a lot of lip filler?
For many patients, 1cc is a moderate amount when distributed thoughtfully. Where and how precisely it is placed matters more than volume alone.
Can lip filler migrate?
Lip filler migration is rare. Careful product selection, controlled placement and conservative volumes help reduce this risk.
Is lip filler reversible?
HA lip filler is considered reversible because it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Dissolving is a medical procedure assessed individually.
What type of filler is used for lips?
Premium hyaluronic acid fillers such as Art Filler and Fillmed, from France. They are chosen for their premium ingredient quality, natural results and 100% biodegradable formulation, and are MDA approved.
